History of the Company Consulting and Innovation Company Service VMF CJSC started its activities June 4 2001 with the implementation of projects for the needs of the Ministry of Defense, “Creating a comprehensive system of the Russian Defense Ministry to attract additional extra-budgetary funds on the basis of the provision of infrastructure and property-based Navy “, “Development of the concept of the Federal targeted Investment Program “Shipbuilding of dual destination ships for support fleet.”
Since 2004 Company was involved in project development for “Gazprom” JSC (scientific research, pre-investment studies, feasibility studies, TEA experts ) on marine transportation of natural gas in the compressed and liquefied form, equipment and operation of offshore fields, as independent executor and co-executor, where the main contractor were FSUE “State Research Institute of navigation and Hydrography of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation”, JSC “Giprospecgaz” (St. Petersburg), “Research and Research Institute of Natural gases and Gas Technologies – VNIIGAS “(Moscow), the Energy Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences (ERI RAS, Moscow), LLC” Gasflot “(Moscow).
As part of the project for “Gazprom” JSC Service VMF as the main executor, successfully cooperates with international companies, such as, Pace Global Energy Services (USA), Knutsen OAS Shipping (Norway), Mustang Engineering Limited (UK). At its own initiative “Service VMF” actively developing autonomous regions gasification, small-scale power generation and bunkering of vessels on the basis of small tonnage LNG.
In the interests of “Service VMF” are problems of creation and implementation of airmobile autonomous firefighting complex and airship in order to promptly extinguish fires in inaccessible places, in open woodland, fields, and open fire on the territory of industrial complexes (buildings), tank farms, petrochemical plants, ports, oil and gas fields, tankers and ships in the coastal zone.
